We are “Innovative Robot Delivery” — a start-up founded by the inventors of DHL Packstation. We want to revolutionize delivery logistics a second time, with parcel trucks and continuous last-mile automation: for greater efficiency, lower costs, but above all for lower CO2 emissions, road congestion and packaging waste. That's why we need you: a committed Project & Team Coordinator (m/f/d). Your areas of responsibility include
‍
• You will monitor the project progress in the individual work packages.

• You will organize project meetings and review meetings, at which project progress is discussed.

• You will distribute information needed in the various project workstreams.
‍
• You will also consolidate the results of the individual work packages and projects throughout the course of the projects, and transfer them between the partners and to any funding organisations.

• Helping our team with the coordination of tasks.

You should combine a high level of organizational talent with  the ability to deal with a variety of personalities both nternal and external to ensure smooth project collaboration. Your contribution will have a decisive influence on the success of our implementation projects and thus on the overall success of our startup.

Educational background: We do not require a specific level of education — competence, experience and personality count for us. Experience gained from working for a start-up or in logistics is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
