Product Manager “Automatic Loading and Unloading” (m/f/d)

We are “Innovative Robot Delivery” — a start-up founded by the inventors of the DHL Packstation locker system. We want to revolutionize delivery logistics a second time, with mobile parcel lockers and end-to-end last-mile automation: for greater efficiency, lower costs, but above all for less road congestion, packaging waste and a much lower carbon footprint. That's why we need you: a committed Product Manager “Automatic Loading and Unloading” (m/f/d). With a very high degree of independence, you will  manage the development and implementation of this product module and integrate it seamlessly into our overall solution. Your areas of responsibility include

• • You will develop a comprehensive concept for automatic loading and unloading, based on customer requirements and an evaluation of existing technologies.
‍
• Based on this, you will develop Mock-ups, to test sub-components of the automatic loading and unloading solution, and, based on the findings gained in the process, you will develop a prototype.
‍
• You will also test and evaluation the prototype, as a basis for an improvement and reengineering process, and for the integration of the prototype into the overall “Parcelmobil” system.

• You will also establish a supplier management with careful selection and efficient coordination of suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following core capabilities

Enthusiasm for innovation and creativity, paired with strategic thinking and the ability to translate technology solutions into concrete measures.

Your experience in automation technology, robotics and product management, complemented by outstanding organizational skills and negotiation skills, qualifies you for this task. The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders is also essential for this position. You have already successfully developed products from concept to market launch and thus made a significant contribution to business success.

As a driving force, you will not only significantly shape the strategy for automating loading and unloading processes, but also communicate our company's mission both internally and externally. You act as a link between technical teams and management, ensuring that our developments are in line with corporate goals.
