Boris combines visionary leadership and innovative out-of-the-box thinking with management experience to develop and run large businesses and a deep knowledge across all major parcel markets around the globe.
He joined Deutsche Post DHL in 1997 with its Austrian subsidiary, invented and deployed DHL Packstations in Germany, took then over the responsibility for the entire private parcel customer management, a three-digit million business, restoring profitability levels after market entry of a competitor. Later on, he assumed the lead for all B2C parcel activities in Europe, negotiating with all major parcel operators in Europe about access fees. From 2014 until 2020 he worked for the group’s European parcel business and was responsible for market entries and product management.
Boris studied management science at the University of Applied Sciences Dresden and earned a diploma degree in International Business Studies.
"What motivates me in our venture? In my opinion, delivery to parcel lockers was a real improvement 20 years ago and now it's time to take another step to make it even better."
Christian combines deep parcel automation expertise with management experience in designing and rolling out large projects, strong controlling and IT skills, and experience across several parcel service providers.
He joined Deutsche Post DHL in 2000, was “second in command” in the initial rollout of Packstations in Germany to assume the lead for this effort later. He was key in the expansion of Packstations from the initial set up to 2,500 locations, before assuming overall responsibility for all parcel recipient services, and – after 2014 - working for GLS Germany in the same capacity.
Christian studied management science at the University of Würzburg and earned a diploma degree in Business Administration.
“There is no workflow that cannot be simplified, improved or automated” is, what Christian thinks.
Christof combines deep analytical thinking with more than two decades of management experience in setting up and optimizing large logistics businesses, especially in parcel markets across Europe.
He joined Deutsche Post DHL in 1998, led corporate-wide sales integration projects, especially the set-up of a global key account management for the top 100 customers, before moving on to head business customer product management for the German parcel business. In this role, he was a key contributor to the turnaround by optimizing the product portfolio as well as the pricing process. From 2014 until 2020, he worked for the group’s European parcel business and was responsible for Business Integration, leading transformation of existing country networks, profit improvement programs and overall integration efforts into a European network.
Christof studied Economics at the University of Bonn and the University of California, Berkeley (USA) and earned a Ph.D. with distinction in Economics from the University of Cologne.
“Parcel delivery where you want and whenever you want, this is what I am passionate about”, says Christof.
Hans-Dieter combines broad expertise in natural sciences with three decades of patent attorney experience not only at a German, but European level, resulting in a strong track record especially in patents in the parcel market, securing significant business for his clients.
He started his career as researcher at renowned institutions such as the Jülich Supercomputing Centre, the Anglo-French-German Research Institute for Neutrons Laue Langevin Grenoble, the Research Center Jülich and the Czech-Slovakian academy of sciences in Prague. Then he worked at the Saint Gobain Group. After additional studies in patent law, he qualified as German patent attorney and later on as European patent attorney, to found his own patent law practice, the first German one established as a stock corporation.
His achievements include drafting, prosecuting and enforcing several hundred patent applications in the sectors of logistics, e-commerce and telecommunications, drawing up and attaining basic patents, thereby securing significant business representation pertaining to more than a thousand patent applications before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office, and patent-attorney involvement in several corporate transactions and company IPOs.
Hans-Dieter studied physics, mathematics and chemistry at the University of Cologne, with a diploma and then a Ph.D. in physics.
“I am passionate about generating and scaling innovation” says Hans-Dieter.
